PM Imran Khan Advises RDA to Expedite the Process of NOC Approval

Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has recently advised the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) to finish up the NOC approvals of the remaining RDA housing societies in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This news has proven to be a positive sign for people who have invested in schemes such as Blue World City Islamabad.

In a recent update, the Prime Minister of Pakistan has again emphasized on developing the real estate industry of Pakistan. In a formal letter to the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), the Prime Minister has made it extremely clear that all pending NOC approvals should be completed as soon as possible.

Imran Khan had recently introduced some incentives for real estate industry in order to provide impetus to its growth. In line with this policy, societies such as Blue World City had pledged to be a part of the PM’s Naya Pakistan Housing Project where 50 Lac homes are to be built for the middle-income and low-income population of Pakistan. 

This news has exhibited the interest of the government in developing the real estate sector, and these NOC approvals will pave way for further development in the Capital city. The infrastructures being developed by housing societies on Chakri road are witnessed to be of high quality, but affordable in prices. Therefore, this region can become the hub of PM’s Naya Pakistan Initiative. 

Moreover, Saad Nazir (CEO of Blue World City) has pledged to provide the government with 5000 homes, and land to built 50,000 apartments for the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. This is something that shows a strong public-private partnership in the real estate sector for times come. 

It is a mantra that has been followed by a number of countries across the world. Therefore, once the Blue World City NOC is approved by RDA, this housing society can provide the government with a base to exercise its real estate plans.
