First Smart International Medical Research Institute Entered In Planning Phase
The management and owners of the Capital Smart City have laid the foundation of the first-ever smart medical research institute in Islamabad.
In this regard, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Islamabad on the 6th of April, 2021. This event was attended by many real estate tycoons, and people from different work domains including capable medical researchers, doctors, and professionals attended this mega launching event. In this mega event, a mutual agreement or memorandum of association was signed between the International Medical And Research Institute and Future Development Holdings Limited.
This state-of-the-art research and the medical institute is going to be in the ‘Health District’ of the Capital Smart City. Inspired by international medical standards, this institute is going to be one of the best of its kind. As, this institute has entered the planning phase, so the Chairman FDHL, Mr. Zahid Rafiq has donated 500 Kanal of land free of cost to take this project to the development phase.
Renowned Urologist Dr. Saeed Akhtar and the partners have claimed that this Hospital is going to be the biggest in Pakistan with all advanced and modern healthcare facilitation. This biggest and smart health venture of Pakistan will host a multidisciplinary hospital initially with 200 beds and with modern health benefits where all kinds of diseases will be treated efficiently. Also, a medical college, nursing school, smart research center, etc are going to be part of smart medical and research institute.
